ADIA was founded in 2001 by Sangsup CHUNG, a former Examiner in Korean Intellectual Property Office(KIPO), and did business alone until Insik LEE joined the office as a partner early in 2002.

Handling inter- or ex-parte(s) proceedings in the KIPO, including opposition and trials for invalidation, re-examination(appeal against rejection), scope confirmation for patent, utility model, design and trademark registrations.

Litigating in Court on patent, utility model, design and trademark cases.

Rendering professional opinion on patentability and patent infringement.

Licensing domestic and international patents and trademarks.

Filing and prosecuting foreign patent and trademark applications including filing directly in a particular country or region and filing under the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
